Short version: Digital products are non-refundable. But if something goes wrong with your card, we will fix it or give you a full refund. We want every card to be perfect.
CinematicCard creates digital greeting cards that are generated instantly upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, digital goods are non-refundable once the card link has been generated.
Exception: If a card was never generated due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued.
The scheduled delivery fee ($1.00) is refundable if cancelled before the scheduled delivery date. Contact us to cancel a scheduled delivery.
If your card has a technical issue that prevents it from working properly — the link does not load, music does not play, photos are missing, or any other malfunction — we will:
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
