Short version: Digital products are non-refundable. But if something goes wrong with your card, we will fix it or give you a full refund. We want every card to be perfect.

Digital Products

CinematicCard creates digital greeting cards that are generated instantly upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds.
