Brand: CinematicCard
Availability: InStock

Question 1

What is a CinematicCard?

Accepted Answer

A CinematicCard is a greeting card made from your own memories. You can include up to 20 moments from your photos and add your own words, music or voice, with an optional gift. You send it to the people who matter most — one person, a group, or many at once.

Question 2

Is CinematicCard free?

Accepted Answer

Your first CinematicCard is free — the complete card, sent, with no credit card needed. Previewing is always free. After your first card, cards start at $3.99, with no subscription.

Question 3

Can I make a greeting card with my own photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add up to 20 photos from your phone — the ones that bring your memories back — and CinematicCard plays them as a cinematic slideshow with your music and message.

Question 4

Where do the photos come from?

Accepted Answer

From your phone. Open your photos, find the ones that bring a memory back — up to 20 — and CinematicCard turns them into a cinematic slideshow with music.

Question 5

What makes CinematicCard different from a regular greeting card?

Accepted Answer

A regular card is something you choose, then personalize. A CinematicCard is made from your memories: the photos of the people, places and days you shared, with your words, your music or your voice. Those memories aren't added to the card — they are the card.

Question 6

Is CinematicCard a template site?

Accepted Answer

No. Themes set the mood, but the card is built from the memories, music and words you bring.

Question 7

How many photos can I add?

Accepted Answer

Up to 20 moments from your photos — real faces, places and memories.

Question 8

What does "send the card you've always wished for" mean?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes the card you really want to send isn't one you can pick from a collection. It's one you create from the memories that matter — the kind of card you'd love to receive yourself.

Question 9

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Once you've chosen your memories, creating the CinematicCard takes less than a minute. The hardest part is picking the moments that mean the most.

Question 10

Can I upload videos?

Accepted Answer

Not today. CinematicCard is built from your photos and music.

Question 11

How do they get the card?

Accepted Answer

You get a shareable link instantly. Send it by text, email, DM — however you want. Add their email address and we'll email it to them too, right away or on the date you choose.

Question 12

Do they need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

Nope. It works in any web browser on any device. They just tap the link and the magic begins.

Question 13

Can I preview before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can preview the full card experience for free. You only pay when you're ready to send.

Question 14

Can they watch the card again?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The card has its own link, so they can watch it as many times as they want.

Question 15

Can I edit after purchasing?

Accepted Answer

Once sent, cards can't be edited — so we show you a full preview before checkout. Take your time — there's no rush.

Question 16

Can I use my own music or my voice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a soundtrack for your occasion, record a voice message right in your browser, or upload your own audio — a song that means something, or a voice recording (WAV, MP3 or MP4) so they hear you.

Question 17

How does the cash gift work?

Accepted Answer

You pick Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp, enter your username and the amount. They see a cinematic envelope reveal, then tap once to claim. The money goes directly from you to them — CinematicCard never touches it.

Question 18

Can I send the same card to multiple people?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Toggle bulk send and upload a CSV or paste a list of email addresses. Everyone gets their own personalized delivery. Perfect for holidays, weddings, or company-wide celebrations.

Question 19

Is it really better than a physical card?

Accepted Answer

A paper card is something you pick out. A CinematicCard is something you make from your memories — your photos, your words, your music and even your voice, played cinematically, with an optional cash gift. Your first card is free. You tell us.
